Alchemy 1:1 is a personalised energy-balancing session that invites you to turn your focus inward and notice what is present within your body and energy. Working with the elements and chakra system, we gently explore what is arising and where energy may feel out of balance. The session follows what your body and energy are showing in the moment, allowing us to work with the areas that need attention and support a return to greater balance and flow. Each session is unique because we work with what is present for you on the day.
