No two goddesses are ever the same. Each one is personally handcrafted, shaped, and detailed individually, giving every goddess her own unique character and beauty.

Goddesses can also be made to order, allowing you to choose elements such as your preferred crystal, colours or overall feel. Because every piece is created entirely by hand, your goddess will not be a replica of those pictured — she will be a unique creation made especially for you.

The images shown are examples of previous creations. Your goddess will be beautifully and uniquely her own.

Each goddess is individually handmade and unique. Natural variations in crystals, colour, shape and handmade detailing are part of each creation and are not considered faults.

If your goddess arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

If we have made an error with your order, such as the incorrect crystal, colour, flowers or decorations, we will happily correct or replace your item. Any replacement will be handmade and therefore will not be an exact replica.

Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Each goddess is individually handcrafted from polymer clay and contains delicate details that require extra care during shipping.

Your goddess will be carefully and securely packaged to the best of our ability, and the parcel will be clearly marked as FRAGILE for postage.

However, due to the delicate handmade nature of these pieces, we cannot guarantee that every element will arrive completely intact, as the handling of the parcel during transit is outside our control.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that these are delicate handmade creations and that minor damage may occasionally occur during postage.

Postage: Postage is an additional cost to the purchaser. Standard or tracked postage options are available, with the cost calculated separately from the purchase price.
